This is a fantastic vintage 1980s purple women's raincoat. Made of a vinyl coated polyester type material with velvet flocked umbrellas and raindrops. It has 3 buttons in front and large front pockets. It is lined in purple cotton. 

It is in very good condition, there is slight wear to the velvet just on the sleeve and inside the collar at the neckline. See last photo. 

NOTE: This coat is probably not suitable for an actual rainstorm as I think that would ruin the velvet but it's a great vintage piece for dry spring weather!

No tags at all in this coat but it fits large to XL, possibly Plus size. Shown on a size 4 US dress form and not pinned.

Measurements are approximate, taken flat while fully buttoned up and doubled where necessary.

Hips - 52 inches
Length from shoulder to hem - 41 inches
Sleeve length - 23 inches
